Our Retro Revival Getaway is perfect for a quiet Greenroom for touring artists within Newcastle.

We are walking distance to The Cambridge Hotel, The Exchange Hotel, a few hundred meters to NEX Wests City and just a few kilometers away from Lizottes and The NEC Newcastle Entertainment Center.

• Full Kitchen including 4 x burner gas stove, electric oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and settings for up to 4 people.

• Bathroom including clawfoot bath, shower, toilet, hair dryer and towels.

• Laundry facilities including washer and dryer.

• Iron and Ironing Board.

• Private Outdoor Balcony.

• Reverse Cycle Split System Air Conditioners in main shoot space (living and dining) and bedroom.

• Quiet location (not soundproof)

• Early check-in available can be approved depending on availability

• Animosity is guaranteed. Working in the music industry in the USA and produced concert series with local councils and touring artists. I managed contracts and both tech and hospitality riders and know the importance of animosity for artists.
  NB: Riders are to be filled by promoter or venue.

• Low key VIP meet and greets and photo ops can be arranged
